Sally Viosna*PL

Thai girl Sally Viosna *PL and her siblings are kittens of Helen and Cody in our thai cattery  Viosna*PL.

Sally is our first cat born with us with a blue point color. For the first time we had blue marks (but tabby, not solid) when Newton was born. This color is possible thanks to Helen’s and Cody’s genes. Sally’s mom inherited it after her dad – Dofin, who was blue tabby point. Helen only shows tabby patter after him , while her color is after Elmirka. Despite that she still carries blue. Cody’s that is blue point and he also passed it to his son. Cody is seal point, but as well as Helen – he carries blue. So we can say, that Sally has her color after grandfathers 🙂

At first Sally was a bit more carefull than her sister Sidney. Luckily as she grow and get to know the world – she became more curious and braver. She boldly runs around the house and checks all the spots on her owne. She was the first one to climb up the highest cat tree shelf. She even managed to get down frome there on her own.  Her first attempts to go down were pretty funny. All because she was climbing upright with her head down.

Both sisters inherited also talent for funny faces. We can tell that they are after Helen and Cody 🙂

Sally & Sidney are very close with each other. They always have their afternoon naps together. They also take care of each other. Even so, they still have their play fights.

Both girls from litter S are pretty smart. They’ve learnt to come when we call them (sometimes) and we even manage to get them on a cat tree shelf when we want them to come. Mostly on one kind of special hammock. It’s a particular place, mostly used by Cody as “petting spot”. He always gets on it when he wants to be pet and rubbed. Or when he messes somtheing up and tries to be nice afterwards to say “sorry”. I suspect that the girls saw him doing all that and leanrt it from him. Besides, they don’t finr it hard at all to get onto any of the hammocks, shelfs or other cat spots around the house.

Sally is a bit individualist. She likes to pet when she wants to. Luckily this is something she likes to do very often. She started purring while petted, pretty soon. She likes to “help” me with computer work during the day. She is fascinated by shinning monitor and moving “dots” on my laptop.  We’ve even showed her cat movies and games on youtube. Sally really enjoys it as she tries to catch moving mice and fishes on the screen. During the night she sleeps in bed with us. Opposite to her sister – who takes her place on the pillow, Sally prefers to have her spot next to our legs under the covers. Somtimes we have to be carefull not to kick her.

Sally loves to play and she isn’t fussy when it comes to toys. She really likes any tous on a stick or string, that she needs to chase while it moves in unpredictable way. Often it’s thanks to us, but not always. Lately we caught the girls playing with dangler toyr. Sidney was biting and fighting with the feathers on one end, while Sally tried to catch and bite the other. She was interested only in the stick because it was moving.

Sally is a pretty lady not only because she is our first blue point. She also inherited sweet ear tufts  – which we particulary like in our cats. She also has nice, round head and big, expressive eyes. Her fur is still a kittens fur but we are sure that when she grows up, it will be nice and soft.
