Halinka

Halinka is a girl from a stray litter, taken in for raising by our caterry Viosna*PL. How she got to is you can read HERE.

At first Halinka was the most shy girl from the litter. While still at the clinic, it was easy to see she’s a bit afraid of people. After moving to our cattery it turned around completely. Halinka became the most purring from her siblings and she comes on her own to ask for cuddles. She rubs  her head against our hand, flexes her back when is being stroked above the tail. She makes a noise like a small tractor most of the time. Her meowing is more like chirping than actual regula cat sounds.

She loves to play. Mostly she likes soft, plushy toys and balls that we throw her down the hallway. She runs for it and pokes with her paw. Later she carries it around in her mouth. She also likest to play feathers or any other toy on a string or stick – as long as a person is attached to it 😉

Halinka often has a nap – with the rest of her siblings and ‘adopted’ siblings – at the top shelves of the cat tree. She specially likes a gutter bed right below the ceiling, the same where Dziabąg likes to rest. It was’nt long before she became friends with Dziabąg and Cody. It happens that she comes to them to cuddle and rubs her head against them.Sometimes she even pokes them or tries to bite a tail to get them interested.

She is the smallest one from the litter. And also the most characteristic. Her face is a bit longer than in usual cat, it has tirangle shape. It also makes her ears to seem a little bit bigger, and eyes narrowly set. She also has those little ear – tufts. It all makes her look a bit “oriental” 😉

Halinka will leave our home in “cattery standard”  – which means triple vaccination, neutered, microchipped and registered in international data base on new owners name. She will also get a “starting pack” for first days in new family, to help her settle down. Company Drapaki Rogacki (Cat tree manufacturer) adds to it a discount voucher for cat scratching post so she can enjoy climbing also at her new home.
