Gucio

Gucio is a boy from a stray litter, taken in for raising by our caterry Viosna*PL. How she got to is you can read HERE.

Gucio is the only boy in the litter and of course he is the biggest one. At first at the clinic and in our home he was very shy. But after a while he got a little bit more brave and he even started purring. Now he loves to be pet and he stretches on the ground like uncle Dziabąg and asks for cuddles.

Gucio has a great appetite. He asks for his dinner and purrs even if the bowl is not yet under his nose. Probably that’s why he is almost as big as the boys from litter P – which allows us to think he will become a quite big male.  Despite his size he has a very balanced character and is gentle while playing. He likes rattling mice and tunnel with balls. He was also the first one to learn how to use it and showed his siblings what to do.

His favourite place to nap is the bathroom floor – floor heating system must have met his taste 😉 But he still likes to sleep with us in bed. He lies down on our feet or falls asleep cuddling to Cody. It’s worth to mention that COdy accepted his “adopted kids” very fast. He is also very patient with them and they learn from him. When Cody chases with someone around the house he often does parkour. Lately we saw how Gucio runs with Cody around the house and same as his “dad” takes a rough curve to the living room and jumps against the wall.

Gucio is very caring for his siblings and also got along with thai brothers and sisters very fast. They not only play together but also share naps and help to groom each other.

Gucio is very patient when it comes to little less pleasant moments – like nail clipping or vaccinations. He is also fully capable to take care for himself 😉

Gucio will leave our home in “cattery standard”  – which means triple vaccination, neutered, microchipped and registered in international data base on new owners name. He will also get a “starting pack” for first days in new family, to help her settle down. Company Drapaki Rogacki (Cat tree manufacturer) adds to it a discount voucher for cat scratching post so she can enjoy climbing also at her new home.
