January in the cattery

January means mostly fireplace, warm tea and beeing lazy. Because I got flu so bad that I had to stay at home, cats could enjoy the company for more than usual. Apart from playing couples times a day, they sometimes require only our presence in the room while they have a nap. So we have some photos from that chillout time.  

Uno doesn’t have siblings, so he bothers everyone. Sometimes, even we run out of ideas for games and amusement for hime. So when we need to tak care of other things, he goes and provokes other cats. 

Helen starts to get enough of him and she doesn’t hesitate to show it. I’m really not surprised that she does. Uno bothers her even when she tries to have few minutes off to wash herself.  

Cody & Elma are very permissive with him and let him walk over them. Uno takes advantage of that. Luckily they are not the only cats he can spend time with. 

The only cat that doesn’t let Uno do whatever he wants and tells him off, is Dizabąg. If they play fight and the little one goes to far, it happens that he busts him in the head. 

Despite his temperament, Uno is a lovely, intelligent and beautifull kitten. Whe will really miss him, when he leaves for new home.

We are really curious how he’s gonna grow up and who he turns more similiar to be. He has color after his dad, but we’ll gonna see anbobut other features. 

Elmirka, will deliver soon, but she doesn’t search for a spot for that, for now. But she looks more like a barrel with every day.

Uno can play everywhere and with anything – paper ball, bookmarker, fridge magnet… but traditionally feathers on the stick are the best. If there only is a person attached on the other side of the stick, nothing can beat that. 

Willing to play is so strong, that Uno will retrieve it even from under a pile of pillows. 

Apart from that, he’s great at fetching the feathers and bringing it to bed. 

Elmika practices her her mathernity skills on Uno. Sometimes she follows him like a shadow and checks if everything is ok.
