Arnie Viosna*PL

Thai kitten Arnie Viosna *PL and his brothers, are children of our Helen (Grand International Champion) and Cody (National Champion) in Thai Catter Viosna*PL.

At first, Arnie was the smallest kitten from litter A and compared to his brothers he seemed more delicate. Despite this, he also turned out to be the most curious of Helenka and Codzik’s children.

From the very beginning, Arnie was praised as “therapy cat” because he was the first of his siblings to purr, come when called and cuddle. Like he sensed when one of us was having a bad day and needed comforting.

Arnie used to come to our bed on his own to cuddle. He really liked naps together and beeing pet – what most cats find boring with time. But not him 🙂

There were moments that Arnie was afraid of certain things – for example, he got scared when I turned on the hair dryer in the bathroom. Fortunately, he quickly let himself to be convinced that there is nothing to be afraid of.

After a few minutes on my lap, with the dryer lying next to him on the counter with the minimum blow, Arnie got used to the point whtn it didnt bother him. After that he did not pay attention if any of us was drying our hair. He just needed some extra attention and time to show him the world around.

Arnie was a very sociable cat when he lived with us. He had no problem with sharing a toy or even giving it to the younger kittens from litter B. Of course, if necessary, he could compete with his brothers for attention and play time, but he didn’t start fights because of it.

Arni was a very patient and persistent kitten – character atributes that could be seen in the way he learned and dealt with problems. When he managed to climb on the scratching post in the living room, which is quite high, he had trouble getting down and had to be helped. However, the boy was not discouraged at all. Because he likes to take a nap on the scratching post, he was still climbing on it. He did it stubbornly until he was able to get up and down on his own without anyone’s help.
